With having diabetes, I am on insulin injections twice a day, and am using disposable pin-heads, with expenditure an extra cost to my monthly meds ... Used to buy it at about SG$40 per box of 100 ... Then found a cheaper alternative at nearby mall at $38 ... Today I found the cheapest yet, at the dispensary at the local Polyclinic = SG$35.65! Ironic as the shop at mall is closed for CNY and I needed a top-up! $5 is a huge difference to me, man Hahahahaha - I've become so "auntie" at comparing prices hear days lol #henglife
