I have these anime DVDS beside me always because they'll be the ones I pop into the laptop player once I ca afford to purchase a new laptop with a working DVD player... Don't need to want for more than that ... #henglife

Classic Anime films in their own right - which i wish I could show my students, as they represent a different strain of "filmmaking" - visually "different" but as well be able to offer another form of visual storytelling and aesthetics ... alas, "time" and interest might not be on my side ... #tbt #inototaku

I want to re-binge watch these so badly, I truly feel kinda choked up every time I think of them ... An as a testament to my penchant for being "cruel" to myself, these DVDs lay stacked up beside my bed, to remind me of my wants! LOL #TokyoGhoul (Series 1, I wouldn't bother with S2 anymore...) #KillLaKill and #DeathParade ... Someone asked me not too long ago what anime I would recommend that does not feature giant robots (aka Gundam), and I see no reason to recommend stuff outside of what I myself like to watch :) #inototaku #henglife #mygeeklife

The first time I watched #LAIN Serial Experiments, I was so befuddled and struggled to understand the series I enjoyed it so! It totally challenged my perception (then) of what anime "is" and left my brain in cold storage, afloat in space wondering if it was all a dream?! I truly hope to one day (soon) be able to hold myself into my own small corner of the world, and re-indulge into this series, with (hopefully) a fresher mind and unfrozen brain haha #tbt #inototaku

Loyang Point had closed for upgrade til next year... But "Loyang Point @ Blk 259" with Giant had opened for business, but not fully operational for many tho ... Which also means air conditioning is awesome at this point hahahaha #henglife

The Kopi Tiam / Foodcourt at Loyang Point @ Blk 259 is pretty big and schweet air-con, because most of the food stalls are still WIP hahahaha but the drinks & desserts stall is open for business, as well as one duck rice stall ... And if it's the uncle from the old Loyang point? Then I am there!!! Folks are welcomed to meet up for drinks here anytime tho hahahaha #henglife
