I could have a crap night's sleep, or I could wake up feeling like a millions bucks, but prepping my daily meds, grounds me immediately. Pulled down from up the skies, or pulled up from beneath the depths of the ground, it's even playing fields how the day goes, right after I pop my morning meds. Or so I tell myself ... A bad night's sleep is a bad night's sleep lor! #henglife

Reasons Why Lunch at Central Delights was #Champion Today: (1) asked for knife for my mexican chicken chop, said no more, "all their knives go missing" and offered me a plastic disposable knive instead... No worries, Heng not eating steak! (2) Ordered Mexican Chicken Chop, dude slathered Black pepper sauce on it, lady says "no!", dude turns around to me "black pepper can right?", and with me being a hungry pushover, fast-game cheese over sauce and serve. #Win. Doesn't taste half bad, just as long I don't L.S. later, I would be grateful LOL "Eating" must also so much adventure meh? HAHAHAHAHA #henglife #eatlife
