Back at my once-every-3-months health check this Monday morning! Seemed to have lost some weight (probably a kg - 40 more to go, yessssss), and seems my BP machine might be busted at home, becoz the readings are so wildly different from here and at home this morning!!! Or maybe Ris becoz of the air conditioning here at the Polyclinic lah calming me down hahahaha #henglife #suckstobesick always in trepidation at health checks, alas... :(

The struggle to eat "healthier" continues! Not hugely great medical results today, in fact my diabetes has gone up, so... Gonna have to deny myself the yummy stuff, alas... #eatlife #henglife
