I essentially take a 45mins “walk” - be it a “power walk”, or simply regular walk, with the choice of doing so between 6-7pm because (1) there is still sunlight and able to take the heat, and (2) the late afternoon breeze is a joy ... I stumble quite a bit during my journeys, struggling to balance (does not help me being over weight)... but the first aim right now, is to have the stamina to walk the entire trip without taking breaks (I need to take two), and eventually be able to actually jog haha that’s the dream anyways ... yes, perhaps you did not need to know all that, but now you do. #henglifesg #singaporelife
