Saturday breakfast is my “Cheat Day” this week. It’s been a week of lil’triumphs and drama, of celebrating 14 years of my blog, and feeling the mileage (moreso than what I have let on, or perhaps the writing has always been on the wall) ... of my medical maladies - resolving worries and discovering new issues (*it might seem small issues to YOU, but it is stressful and crushing to me) ... so yeah, this feeds my spirit but taints my body... of course I wish things were simpler, innit? #consequencesareabitch #myeatlife #henglifesg #singaporelife #lifemovesforward

Sudden blip of narcissism dedicated to my unruly hair, and realising I’ve been ridiculously running my hands thru my hair much too often these days, no doubt missing my waist-long hair since shorn when I had Stroke in 2010... I like the feeling of “comfort” it gives me, what can I say? LOL ... and yes I have white hair, I’ll be 50 this year, what did you expect? hahahahaha #henglifesg #theairconunitdoesnotwork :p
