This Teochew delicacy is essentially "pig-trotters-in-jelly" (De1 Kah1 Tang3) and I dipped in a vinegar heavy Chilli sauce, and is eaten cold, sometimes served on a bed of shaved ice ... Mum bought this at the Teochew Festival at MBS earlier today. Closest I'll get to my heritage/dialect, except for (very little) spoken dialect hahahahaha #eatlife
