Tuesday lunching at my local food court at the community center - with a new Indian/Muslim stall, where I tried the “Nasi Goreng Thai Beef”, and it was actually decently sedap! First thing back home is to check blood pressure and blood sugar ... the constant fear being any comfortableness being a “second Stroke”, or Low blood pressure ... yes, after over 8 years of pills, the fear still hangs over my head and is something I carry along with me ... sometimes I might forget, but times like this brings it all back to me, the fear gushing flooding in ... the results seem ok tho, so thank f88king gawds I’m not too f88ked, innit? #henglifesg #suckstobesick #singaporelife
