Wednesday January 9, 2019 @ 12noon: The swelling has gone down, and I am able to lift my right eye-lid now, but the swell remains still unlike the past where they’d disappear within a day (and grow somewhere else). If this lasts for more than a month (the usual duration from past years experience), I’ll have to brace myself to being disfigured... now I’ll really need that f88kin eye-patch, innit? I don’t want to stay “single” forever, you know!? #henglifesg

Torn between really wanting to listen to this, while resisting the urge to nap off the drowsiness of the medication ... I’m a sucker for punishment after all ... but then again, I have been trying my best to divest myself of “desires” too - the more I want something, the more I will try to resist it ... if I ultimately lose, I will go for it hahaha well, we certainly can’t have EVERYTHING we want all the time, no? Maybe I just need a nap lah hahahaha #henglifesg #soundtrackoflife
